Hi,

i just wanted to use my old guild wars account again( wich i haven't used for 2 years or something) and decided to buy nightfall and factions too.
When i wanted to add them the game told me i couldn't because i already have the rights to play that game content, but when i go to manage keys, it tells me i only have prophecies. I'm not completely sure if i did buy those campaigns before or not either. I send a email to customer support too, but figured it might be awhile before i receive an answer since they're probably very busy with GW2

If anybody here has an idea why this is happening that would be great!

Have you tried creating a character in Nightfall or Factions? If you can create one, then you must already have access to them.

Or, of course, you can log into the game and see what destinations are available on the "boat".

Also, where did you buy Nightfall and Factions? Some retailer or some fly-by-night on-line site (or Ebay) where someone sold you old Prophecies keys?
